I worked as a consultant on the Automation Architecture team, leading the global implementation of Rundeck Enterprise in a distributed infrastructure across 20 countries. I led the design and consolidation of the high-availability topology in an AWS Multi-AZ environment, ensuring resilience and scalability. I worked in an integrated manner with local teams to remove technical impediments, standardize solutions, and enable integration with heterogeneous systems and regional demands.

IBM

Implementation of IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) for several large clients in Brazil and Chile, orchestrating the convergence between BPM (Business Process Management) and Case Management. My role involved everything from designing the integration architecture to defining development standards for automating critical workflows.

Vero

I worked as a Solutions Architect developing FlexForward Device Manager (FFDM), a proprietary platform for orchestrating and managing CPEs on a large scale. Responsible for the implementation and compliance of the TR-069, TR-181, and TR-143 protocols, as well as the technological vanguard with USP (TR-369). The solution supports a robust distributed operation across 9 states and 425 cities, ensuring the complete lifecycle of devices (provisioning, firmware updates, and remote diagnostics) for the fiber optic service subscriber base.

Cirion

Mission-critical architect based on OpenNMS, designed for the high-availability management of hundreds of thousands of network assets. The project overcame the complexity of integrating 18 data centers distributed across 9 countries, requiring the standardization of processes among multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. I worked on defining advanced integrated solutions for management reporting, ensuring observability in a global-scale environment.

Strategic role in Operation Support Systems (OSS), focusing on process restructuring and technical inventory management. I worked directly in specialized Level 3 (L3) support, serving as a bridge for resolving complex incidents. My contribution resulted in the optimization of operational efficiency and the consistent improvement of quality indicators (KPIs), ensuring greater stability to the network ecosystem.
